We are looking forward to welcome and host you this year, having always in mind as our main concern to maintain a perfectly clean and tidy space for our visitors who honor us with their choice. We follow the instructions of the World Health Organization as well as the Health Protocols of the Greek authorities, following the Health first protocol of the Greek Ministry of Tourism.
We take all necessary actions and measures in order to stop the spread of the virus. Nevertheless, we are still committed in offering an authentic and unique hospitality experience.
CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
- We cannot hide our warm smile but for security reasons, we avoid handshake and physical contact on arrival and departure.
- For the thorough cleaning and disinfection of your room, check in will take place after 15.00 pm and check out until 11.00 am
- For information about the hotel and the area, we briefly inform you during the check-in in your room and we remain at your disposal for any clarification by phone at any time.
- Your room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Each room is completely disinfected between the stay of different customers. Areas with very frequent contact such as door handles switches, furniture, bathroom accessories and room accessories are completely disinfected. Cleaning is done with detergents and disinfectants and with the use of sodium hypochlorite (bleach). All fabric elements of the room are cleaned with a professional KARCHER steam vacuum cleaner at very high temperatures >70° C. The hotel clothing is washed in compliance with all safety protocols at very high temperatures above 60° C. Finally and where necessary the hotel has a 99.9% HEPA air purification system, where in one hour of use it can completely disinfect the space.
- There is also natural ventilation in the rooms while the air conditioning filters are disinfected in every room change / departure. The use of air conditioning in each room is at the discretion of each guest.
- The cleaning service, change of bed linen and towels is recommended every 3 days or upon request of the customer.
- Policy applies only to resident customers. Admission to external visitors is avoided.
- Breakfast continues to be served a la carte for each room while being prepared at the request of the customer and as soon as he wakes up and is served either on the terrace or in the room where this is possible.
